I’m the creator of the Sustainable Transformation Blueprint, which is my personalized 1-on-1 coaching system I use to help busy working professionals lose fat, gain muscle, and completely transform their bodies.
My fitness journey began when I was 16 years old when I decided to take a Fitness & Conditioning class in high school. At the time, I was a skinny soccer player and I knew absolutely nothing about the benefits of strength training. Learning the basics of lifting weights in this class was the start of my journey.
Throughout my time at West Virginia University, I continued to expand my knowledge of fitness, nutrition, the science behind losing body fat, and the psychology surrounding what it takes to make a physique transformation.
After graduating college and joining the corporate 9-to-5 grind, it became very clear to me that there is a global health epidemic. Throughout my time working for several different companies over a 5 year period, I realized many of my coworkers were overweight, unhappy, and oblivious to how their daily habits and weekly routines were sabotaging their health and happiness.
Purely born out of an itch to help others improve their bodies, I decided to start sharing practical fitness advice on social media, showing others how to manage a busy schedule while maintaining a lean, healthy physique.
Today, in addition to taking my clients through the Sustainable Transformation Blueprint, I continue to serve and share free, no-BS fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle design advice to my audience of nearly 90,000 individuals.
